Lucky for all of us Garth Brooks fans, Brooks announced his partnership with Steve Wynn, CEO of Wynn Resorts that will launch a five-year engagement of weekend-only shows in Las Vegas. Brooks will perform at the Encore Theater, with the first show being scheduled for December 11, 2009.  Tickets are a bit higher than usual, but considering it will only be Garth Brooks and his guitar, which is a small price to pay for a legendary performance.

Because Brooks has responsibilities to fulfill regarding his three daughters, Vegas will be the only place you can see him perform in the next few years.
